Hey
I was wondering how you can get a job with the city doing civil engineering work as an intern. Im a year a way from getting my degree and have a great gpa. With a year experience in a private company doing public works.
Should i just go to the city in a shirt and tie with my resume?
Should i email some one? if so who?

I would send a cover letter and resume to the City Engineer (usually listed on the city’s website). Be specific as to what you would like (internship, time period).
